• Cancellation of reservation is allowwed on or before 1st September 2010. One night charge will be imposed. Cancellation made after the 1st September 2010 will not be consider for refund. Cancellation that arise due to medical or compassionate grounds will be given special consideration and will be reviewed on a case-to-case basis.


• Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the WCOA 2010. Approved refunds will be processed no later than 30 days after the congress.
