Hotel Cancellation and Refund Policy
  1. Delegate unable to attend the 18th World Congress of Accountants after having paid their accommodation must provide a written request for their refund

  2. A full refund will be granted if written cancellation is received on or before 6th October 2010. No refund will be made after this date.

  3. No refunds will be granted for no-show reservations or early departure.

  4. All approved refunds will be processed and issued within 60 days after the conference.

  5. After the hotel confirmation has been sent, all changes will be subject to availability.
